185x2 fitness minutes! 2 days at the gym once we can get my gym stuff out of the attic
Stay in calorie range!
No snacking after 9.
In bed before 2am.
Friday and Saturday I plan to mall walk and ST. Sunday will be Zumba. Monday will be the gym (if I can get the key to the attic) or Zumba and ST at home.
Sunday Ill prep my chicken for the week and portion out my snacks. Boil some eggs and cut up my romaine bunch.
