Day 6 of Omni drop diet experiment – seeing progress!
Wednesday, January 28, 2015
The first two days of loading were easy- take the drops and eat to keep a full feeling in your tummy. The third day seemed to be okay as I didn't feel hungry and I didn't crave sweets at night like I usually do.
Now on the sixth day I feel like I have more hunger grumblings which I read I need to increase a small amount of protein to help combat that.
I really need to do some research for phase 2 vegan meals because I would like more options than meat.
Also, within the next week I can up my omni drop dose from three times per day to four times per day to help with the hunger pangs but no more than six doses per day although I don't think I would go past 4 just yet as I'm still new to it all. We'll see how the next week goes.
Last night I had a massive headache that not even a Tylenol helped, and I had not tried my Omni 4 with glucosamine product yet so I figured what the heck and poured it into a glass with 4 ounces of water which I did not like the taste of because it was so strong tasting, so I made it a total of 1 fluid ounce (per day) of the glucosamine Omni 4 liquid with 7 oz of water and it was really good, very refreshing and with half an hour my massive headache went away! Truly it was amazing and it is my new favorite product!
And I did not have any more major hunger feelings and I was just comfortable and satisfied with that. I am definitely going to take it closer around lunch time when I'm feeling the most hungry.
Tomorrow night I am going to try the nite lite product as my friend said that helped double her progress and she got results faster when taking the Omni drops with the nite lite and the omni #4 w/glucosamine.
-3 pounds and -1 inch around my waist in 6 days of which I am very pleased with!
I need to stay focused and make sure to stay away from carbs and sugars and keep drinking enough water. I am drinking hot tea which is satisfying to me and if I need to have a little something sweet I have my Stevia French vanilla drops to add in my tea or coffee.
The apps that have been helping to keep me on track and are really useful and motivating are from iTunes they are called "my weight" (monitor my weight on picture) and "body shot". I use them both simultaneously and they are wonderful.
The journey continues!
