Week 3

I maintained last week. I'm so sick of maintaining but I'm still working on changing things up and figuring out a way to get out of this forever plateau!

emoticon I'm doing great at drinking water! 80-120 ounces a day!

emoticon We had issues getting to our attic so I wasn't able to make the gym last week (my rackets are up there!) but we have the key now and after the snow is better we will go for sure! Until then I'm working out on my bike and doing at least 10 minutes of ST everyday

emoticon Staying in calorie range and watching my fat and sodium. I don't use salt on anything but after watching my tracking I need to eat even cleaner so I have more control over my sodium.

emoticon I tried no snacking after 9 but I workout after midnight sometimes so I decided I will have a planned snack at 11, but no later.

emoticon In bed before 2 am!

I cooked 3 meals in one day and will enjoy a weekend of not slaving over the store 3 times! I will cook more tomorrow for the rest of the week!

    Aimee ~ Great job on the water intake ...You're a fish!. That's meant as a compliment. (I'm a camel... I reload every third day.) It will be a nice change when you get to play some tennis and burn those calories having fun.
