Watching what I eat for a change

I'm so proud of myself for watching what I eat now and since I've been doing that I've lost a total of 17 pounds and now I know what to do. While my family is eating junk food I buy fruit and veggies and once in a while I will eat candy but not that often. My doctor says it's ok to eat junk food once in a while but not everyday. She wants to see me when I get down to 185 but she said it will be a long time for me to get down so she will be happy when I get to see her when I'm down another 10 or 15 pounds but it could be sooner cause I might have to see her sometime this month or next but at least I'll be down a couple of pounds. And when I go out with my girlfriend I eat healthy cause it will keep me going and walking it off helps and if the food comes in big plates I take some home like the last time I had a salad for lunch and it was way to much so I took the rest home and had it for dinner. But it feels good to watch what I eat for a change cause it make me focus on what I eat in the first place and with the exercise it also helps me focus. And I promised God that I will make good choose and I'm keeping me side of the promise.
