I have so many things I keep going back and forth messing up on. I did "perfect' for a long time, but the plateau finally got to me and I quit trying as hard. Now I'm doing way better on my workouts and trying to minimize my sodium and eat cleaner!

Focus:

Nutrition: Sodium and where my calories come from.
Fix- Eat meals at home, from scratch. Go back to my list of clean meals I love and make a plan!

Exercise: Fitness minutes.
Fix: Plan for 350 fitness minutes. Make a plan of what workout I'm going to do and how long I need to do it daily in order to reach this goal!

Sleep: 8 hours, late bedtime
Fix- I've been getting to bed late because I've been staying up late building my new desks and cleaning. But my sleep is suffering. I want to move my daughters bedtime to 11pm again and have myself in bed by 1am.

Water: Drink 80+ ounces
Fix- I'm doing pretty well with water but I could do better! I like drinking it out of my my big 30 ounce glass. Makes it easy to get over 80 ounces!!
