Today's going to be rough :)

I'm hurting this morning because of the weather. Plan today is to eat right & try to get some exercises in. Does anyone know some good exercises i can do to strengthen my back. Part of lower back is broken so nothing that includes jumping :)

    Look at the videos on this website. There are chair exercises that might be beneficial for you.

    Core exercises usually help the back. I have bad osteoarthritis in my back and was sent to PT for strengthening and balance. I have kept them up and it does help.
