First of all--THANK YOU to everyone who gave me words of encouragement. I greatly appreciate them.
I'm marching forward. I'm getting myself back on track to where I was prior to my set-back. I'm not sure if I will have a loss or a gain this week. I'll deal with what the scales says tomorrow and continue forward marching.
I'm working on me and my mindset. When I get off track like I did, I struggle with why I did. I let the negative hurt thoughts back into my head. Well, they have been kicked to the curb again. I can't say that they won't return but for now they are gone again.
Forward March is what I'm focusing on. I was in marching band in high school and was drum major my senior year. This was a command that I had to give to the band on a regular basis. In marching band, it means moving forward, looking straight ahead to the destination.
That is what I am doing. I'm forward marching towards my goals. I'm remembering that I'm a work in progress and that not every day will be sunshine and roses. I need to remember that when I get off track, I need to start fresh the next day.
