Week 2 Woohoo!

Thursday, April 30, 2015

It was a hard week. Each day took way too much prep for the next day. We need to fix that this week! I'm not sure if we are going to do all of week 2. We didn't like the low calories (1300-1400s) and we were hungry all day long. I didn't understand using my calories for things like Buttermilk in a protein shake. I could have used almond milk and had calories for a snack later. I am not a fan of buttermilk. But we stuck to the plan except for adding some veggies snacks after dinner. The plan was expensive. It cost us at least $300 for only 1 week for the two of us. (Olivia barely ate. She's in a no-eating-state) I drank lots of water, drank zero alcohol, and no pop or juice. I lost almost 2 pounds though so I cant complain.

This week we have been spending most of our free time looking for a new apartment. We have had a lot of drama here. More so than usual! We are looking into the cost of buying a home but we don't have a big enough down payment yet. So we will probably be stuck here until we can save a little more.

emoticon This week my goals are to not fall into a bad habit again. This week being so much stress with the prepping made me hate doing it. But I did love all the clean eating food. So I want to eat healthy but not be so hungry that I'm thinking about eating more all day long!

emoticon Drink loads of water! I really enjoyed my infused water with lemon, mint and cucumber! It was so refreshing.

emoticon Get to the gym 2 times. Call a trainer and set up a session.

emoticon Get in 10k steps a day average for the week.

Perhaps this planing the right one for you. Everyone is different. Five or six small high protein meals work best for me.
