I found this picture a year ago. Facebook now shares with you memories from the day. I shared it a year ago on my facebook page. When I read it this morning, I thought I need to write a blog about this.
Less/More... There are items on this list that we all should be doing. For me right now, I'm working on the more column. Here are a few of the more column that I am working on:
Doing--I'm getting out and enjoying life.
Tea--I'm learning how to drink unsweetened. But I love my sweet tea!
Salads--I need to get to the farmer's market and make this happen.
Encouraging--I try to read other member's blogs and be encouraging in my comments.
Believing--I believe that I can do this.
Working out--I'm walking more each day. Now to add more strength training and other exercises.
Smiling--Since changing part-time jobs, smiling is happening more.
Gratitude--This is something I still work on.
In the Less column:
I've already gotten rid of the soda and frowning. I'm working on the junk food, complaining, worrying, doubting, and hate.
I wish that I could say that I'm doing less planning but I'm a planner. I like to research things and provide information. Maybe I'm in the wrong field, I should be a researcher instead of a lifesharing coordinator.
