Another Biggest Loser Done!

Last Saturday, was the final weigh-in for the Biggest Loser Challenge in my neighborhood. This was a tough one and I have to say that I really tried my hardest. I wasn't the biggest loser but I did come in 3rd. I lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks and 4.56%. I feel really good with the results! Plus that is a healthy weight loss with an average of 2 lbs per week. I'll take it!

Now I'm trying to establish some weight loss goals and rewards in order to help keep me motivated. The fact that my clothes are fitting so much better and I have more confidence definitely helps. However, I know I'm goal oriented and need things to work towards.
