It Pays to Track

Well, I had a goal in mind of losing 50 pounds in a year, which when I was tracking I was on target to do. Then life happens, health issues, parent dying, etc. I took my focus off my goal. I am refocused again and know more weight will move since I am tracking everything!

I was eyeballing and guessing on how much things we're. I was fortunate I only gained 5 pounds, but the sad thing is I have been gaining and losing the same 5 pounds for over 6 months.
