Coming Back!

Hello all my old friends and those new ones I will get to know. I am coming back to Spark People. I have been away too long and I am not coming back thinner. lol I am coming back in faith that God will help me win this battle. Recently He has given me so many ideas to de clutter my home and keep and enjoy the things that mean a lot to me.
Now time to get busy on me. I am still limited on my data time living with AT@T hotspot here in the woods. emoticon So I may be a bit limited on my usage. emoticon to all.

    God will help you with the battle. I have come and gone several months. I have been back for probably 4 or 5 months on a serious level. I finished the 4 stages of Spark People then went into the 28 day plateau busting and have seen results which I just finished. Still haven't reached my goal weight but am staying with spark people until I do and then will go on maintenance. Just remember to take one day at a time, following the Spark People advice as much as you can and eventually you will see results. One day at a time to Keep On Sparking. emoticon
