Using a more powerful computer (the brain)

odays computers have become more powerful but the human brain is more powerful. But then like computers, the human brain does not preform well unless we remove any bugs and install good software.
Some of the bugs your mind might have, that should be removed are:
1. believing that you are not good enough
2. worrying about what others might think of you
3. trying to control or change others
4. thinking of problems, rather than solutions
5. not being happy with what you have
6. worrying about the future
7. regretting the past
8. having negative thoughts
Some programs (habits) that you may install in your brain are
1. Loving yourself unconditionally, faults and all
2. Balancing work with fellowship and play
3. Getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily
4. Eating wholesome foods and doing regular physical activity and exercise
5. Drinking plenty of water
6. Learning new things weekly
7. Practicing awareness of the present moment and choosing your actions thoughtfully
8. Observing and understanding worry or anxiety in order to overcome it
9. Accepting that other viewpoints may be as valid as yours and letting others live their life as they see fit
10. Accepting the situation as it is and going from there
11. Overcoming the need to blame others or institutions for your problems
12. Recognizing the difference between illusion and reality
13. Observing and accepting the value of making mistakes.
