The good life summed up

In a discussion of Andy Shaw's books I wrote the following re his chapter on living with less pain:
"Thanks Neikka and Leonard. First of all Leonard's response reminds us that we should beware of judging for most of the time we judge we are on autopilot, as he says, and when we don't distinguish illusion from reality, we end up not liking what we "see". So judging tends to cause pain. In chapter 11, Andy says we should always be joyful for when there is joy there is rarely pain. In chapter 4, Andy says "Judgement is Weakness, Observation is Power". If we observe correctly, we will find the good in every moment and can be joyful for it. Thus the present moment is a gift (that's why we call it the 'present') and we accept the present as it is. Therefore we do not need to judge for if we just accept what is and use our power of observation without judgement we can take appropriate action and turn a so call negative into a positive as Neikka states. "
That's the good life summed up. On my team "You Can Heal Your Life" we will share how we let go of all our anxiety, worry, anger, fear, frustration and pain, and then learn the joy of giving and receiving. I intend to post links to many good resources and invite you to share with us in this journey.
