I struggle with willpower. I need willpower to not overeat, to eat healthy foods, to exercise on a regular basis, and drink plenty of water. I've had some successes and failures this week. I've been successful at drinking 8 glasses of water on a daily basis. I like water so this in not a problem. I've been eating healthier foods. If I take my lunch to work, I do much better. I've walked for 30-40 minutes, three times, this week so far. Yesterday, my hip hurt; thinking it's arthritis. It was still sore today, so I took today off. I plan to walk a little slower and work through it. My main downfall has been eating too many calories. I'm not going to dwell on this; I'm going to try and do better. This is going to be long road.
