Week 1

It's been a week, since I started working on being healthier. I've exercised five days out of seven. I've eaten healthier this week. I've done well on my water consumption. I drank a few sodas at the beginning of the week, but none in the last few days. I lost 1 pound this week. I wish it would have been more, but it's going the right direction.
I've accepted the fact that there will be times when I eat food that isn't healthy or I overeat. I am making the conscious decision these times will be minimal.
Onto Week 2.
