Stress eating and my busy life

So I've been working really hard with my new food plan, which is Ideal Protein. I do good for the month and then old habits start creeping in and mess me up.

Part of it is school stresses and trying to get everything done and graded along with coaching volleyball; and then add my family life and things are CRAZY!!
I know that I can get down the last 8 pounds but it's just driving me NUTS!
Sorry I had to vent a little and hopefully that will help me get back on track.
On a positive note my volleyball team is 5-4 which is the best record I've had coaching here!! I'm hoping for a 10 win season, we'll see if the girls can keep their heads in it.
