Day #17 Stop Wasting Food
Some people grew up with the clean-your-plate rule and even as adults find it difficult to leave anything on their plate because it is a waste.
Of course not wasting food makes perfect sense and is important.
But a new way to look at it is that if you are filling your gas tank and it gets full, you wouldn't continue pumping, spilling fuel on the ground. So why would you do that to your body?
Every time you eat food your body doesn't need, you are wasting it!
You can eat it or you can throw it away, either way it is wasted!
Starting today, make a commitment that you will not waste food by putting it into your body.
