Day #28 Eating Because It's There
For sure this is an area that I need to take to heart. A lot of times when I've eaten, put the food away and been plenty full, I keep thinking about how good it was and have been known to go back for more just because it's there.
I know that I need to keep certain things out of site because I will keep thinking about them until I eventually cave in and have some. This is why I still ask hubby to keep his "junk" food in his shop or his van!
Part of this lesson is learning how to ignore food.
I need to remember the main reason to eat is to fuel my body not keep putting in more than I need.
