I read this term 'repairer of relationships' just this week and realized it is expected in GODS WORD.
What does that have to do with eating?
EVERYTHING
But let me continue:
JOEL 2: 25 says He will EVEN restore years to our life!
HE WILL RESTORE, HE DOES RESTORE!
Having said that, I am so very glad to be alone,

once again, in my home.
This is the 1st time in months that I have been able to just BE.
I have traveled

and LOST weight;

have been fed by many, many, other cooks and LOST weight, ate out and lost weight!
I did this by practicing the steps that I learned at SPARKPEOPLE.
A few examples:
DRINK WATER
CHOOSE PROTEIN (not sugar for energy)
EAT BALANCED FOODS FROM ALL FOOD CATEGORIES
STAY AWAY FROM ARTIFICIAL ADD ON FOODS (LIKE MARGARINE, SODA'S, ETC.)
EXERCISING EVERY MOVEMENT COUNTS! (Physics says something in motion

will stay that way. I want to 'stay in motion'.)
EAT WITH INTENT OF SAVOURING OUR FOOD NOT OUT OF HABIT
DEAL WITH ISSUES INSTEAD OF EATING OVER PROBLEMS
SIT DOWN AT THE TABLE WHILE EATING.
DON'T EAT IN THE CAR.
These steps above on eating correctly have led me to this:
REPAIRER OF RELATIONSHIPS!
Who knew that beginning this journey of eating correctly would lead to all of these great rewards?
As I worked on emotional eating, I also dealt with the issues that hurt.
I deal through prayer and shutting my mouth, (MORE OFTEN THAN NOT), where others are concerned.
'Listening' is the best TOOL God gave us when it comes to relationships. wow
then
LOVING not 'looking at what I don't like'

but instead seeing

what GOD sees! (our potential in Him)
My relationship with my grown children is much improved, now.
I wondered when/if my grown children would learn I did my best and respect me for what my best was/is.
Now it's happening!
That's growth because once I always tried to be perfect, by PRETENDING my relationships were healthy. (What a WASTE of time that was.)
I want to
Just BE and rest (in GOD.)
He will do the work as we trust in Him JEREMIAH 29:11
Aren't these 'GREAT INCENTIVES' to bring our bodies desires under control? 1 Corinthians 9:27
We can live our life to the fullest counting every moment as precious!
