This past round of BLC I was placed on the perfect team for me.. The minions have become like a second family to me. They have been an incredible source of support and information. This past round I was also able to meet a spark friend that I have become very close to. We had a wonderful time together.
Here are some of the positive things I have learned about myself and changes I have been able to make:
~ I had a steady weight loss
~ I became more aware of the things I put in my mouth and how they effect my body in a positive or negative way
~ I can do anything I put my mind to
~ I am capable of walking over 12 miles(20,000) steps in one day!
~ This is a process I didn't gain all my weight in one day and it won't all come off in a day either
~ I do better when I track my food and weigh and measure it
Things to work on:
~ Believing that I deserve good things happening to me
~ Limit my between meal snacks and make healthier choices of snacks
~ Find some way to get more exercise in
~Take time every day for ME
working two jobs and going to school can be very demanding sometimes but I did to take some time to do something I enjoy.
~ Find a way to get back into scrapbooking/card making
My plan to stay on track over the Holidays- watch what I eat, take my dog for a walk everyday, start using my wii fit and different wii games again, try to cut down on my soda- I have gone from 4 or 5 cans a day to 1 but would like to cut it down even more..
