Day 2 of Fear to lose weight

Tomorrow is another day! I did horrible and I know it and I know why. I got anxious, sad, and stresses. So I felt like I NEEDED to eat. Food has become like a drug and a security blanket. Sometimes I need my fix. I am not giving up like I usually would after one day of failure. I will go forward and press on. Hugs to you all!! 💜

    Losing weight successfully is just not counting calories and exercising. You will Also need to resolve your emotional bagged also. You have
    Continue to over eat so not to feel so you will use numbing yourself as a tool to avoid all emotions. This behavior needs to change drastically so you will learn to feel the feelings and lose weight properly and live life at it should. Therapy might be a great step to take. Why are u fearful to lose weight? Lots of stuff here needs to be addressed. Best of luck!
