Feeling good

I'm feeling good today. Stuck to eating small meals. Had a bit of a sweets craving but some cocoa took care of that. I like how I'm finding alternatives for sweets. I also felt like having a nice piece of cake today, but I thought I'd save that for a day that I go out with my friends. Before I would never have thought of doing that. I think it really helps that I'm now aware of the huge amount of calories in cake. Okay so far so good so let me carry on.

    Being creative with your food choices is kind of fun, isn't it? And knowing what's in things definitely helps for planning. I like your idea for waiting to indulge when it can be an event, not a craving. Makes it more meaningful!

    That sounds like a good idea. If you can do it once you can do it again. Just knowing how many calories are sweets are makes me want to not have them. So I pretty much stay away from them.
