Badnews/goodnews

Welp...the bad news is I didn't loose any pounds this week.....and the goodnews is i didn't gain any pounds this week. Keeping my excercise the same. Going to change up my eating again... going steady with my water intake... any suggestions would be helpful!

    Some things that have helped me...

    * No food after 6pm
    * Exercise in the morning vs. evening
    * Water, water, water. Lots of water, continuously
    * Make last meal of day lighter; heavier meals for breakfast/lunch
    * Increase exercise intensity (not necessarily time)

    I try to always do these things; in reality, I do some of them some of the time. Unsure how many are science-based or "just me." The more I incorporate them, the better I do.

    Hang in there, and keep moving forward...
