February Fitness Challenge

I started a February Fitness Challenge for myself based off my January one. The only difference is that I swapped crunches for sit-ups and increased my goals. I slacked during the first week due to my kids being sick. Improved a little last week. This week everyone is better and I'm slowly catching up on sleep. After reviewing my first 2 weeks totals I realized I need to really push myself if I want to reach my goals in time. Below are my results after 2 weeks:
Push-ups: 130/250
Pull-ups: 48/250
Squats: 345/1200
Sit-ups: 150/500
30 Sec Plank: 15/75
Miles of Cardio: 14/50
