Weekly Goals

I read recently that a goal is not a goal, unless it's written down.... emoticon

Okay, so here are my weekly goals for this week:

1. Do a total of 45 mins of exercise each day which can be done in smaller increments (no excuses)

2. Get my taxes done. (removing a stressor)

3. Keep a food journal. (being aware)

    My taxes are sitting in turbo tax, but not yet submitted. I owe again this year, so I'm going to wait till the last day before I give them my money haha.

    As for other goals, you will rock it! Look back on your goals daily to remind yourself.
