Freggie shakes and challenge ideas

So one of my healthy habit goals for the Spring challenge is at least 5 freggies a day. Yesterday, I lost track. My protein shake in the morning had 6 servings, blus a banana and grapes as snacks and a salad for dinner. And I plan on repeating that menu today!
I'm working with the Diamond team members, coming up with challenge ideas. Jes had a great idea. We're going to make fitness cards, and the team scores points by completing a fitness "hand". This is going to be fun! We're also incorporating a second BINGO round. I've almost got the new card finished, I just have to make sure each bingo column has a balanced workout schedule.
Time to see if anybody else logged their start weights!
