Off the wagon

Last week was a bad well for me... Some days I ate bad, some days I didn't eat enough, some days I ate too much... Also didn't do any exercising... Ugh... Makes me feel horrible- inside and out. Going to get back on track. I really need to do this for my health and the future of my family. Definitely need some motivational words or a swift kick in the ASS!!! Sheesh

    Love yourself! It will take you farther than you could imagine. Drink water, log everything you eat, and never quit! We all have bad days, weeks or just moments, keep your focus forward and allow to forgive for the downfalls add me if you'd like!

    You know what, I had a bad week last week too. But this bad week does NOT define is, we will have bumps in the road but we will do better. If each week you can do just a little bit better than before then you are doing AWESOME!
