So knowing my stumbling blocks but also my inspirers is what will help me succeed or not.
I love healthy food and eat lot's of it.
Learning portion sizes appropriate to calories.
Changing my slip it past myself lie.
I only lie to myself otherwise and continue eating too much.
I have had times where eating small amounts has been a lifestyle.
Using a smaller plate, a smaller bowl.
The view is changing so I must be on the journey.
