So I was filling out my deficits last night in my journal and started looking back through the past entries. Yesterday was the end of week 10 of me recording all my daily numbers and tracking my deficits. And as of yesterday, I was down 22.4 lbs in 10 weeks. :D I'm happy with that for sure, considering I've been booted for just under 7 weeks of that. And driving to work today, I was thinking about my current weight, which I won't say today since my 5% weigh-in is tomorrow, and how far I've come since restarting in November. And how close I am to my lowest on here, which was 213. I'm so close I can taste it! And if all goes well with PT and my 5% challenge, by the end of it, there's a very good chance that I can be back to that again or very close anyway.
I get so excited when I think how far I've come since November. Yes, I did a lot of damage while I was away, but I'm almost back to clean slate zone!!!! Then from that point on, it's all new territory for me! I can't even tell you how happy I am right now!
