5% goals

Today starts the 5% challenge. 8 weeks to drop 5% of my body weight. I know I can do this because I did it last challenge! 11.4 lbs from now, there will be 5% less of me. Aww poor fat, I'm sorry but there's no way I'll miss you! See ya sucker!!!!

Of course I want to push to hit 213 by the end of it, just to be back to my leave-off point from the first time around on Spark. I'm not setting it as a goal though because all I can do is my best, and if it doesn't happen, that's fine. It WILL happen, even if not on my mental timeline.

I've got my measurements logged (not really time for my monthly numbers, but that's ok). I'll measure everything again at the end of this and see how well it went.

I'm intentionally planning my success with the challenge, because I PLAN to succeed. None of this "oh I hope I can reach my goals" or "I'll do my best but I don't know if I can" stuff for ME. I KNOW I can, I WILL, no ifs, ands or buts about it! See it, plan for it, make it happen. Bottom line.

Time to log some air miles now! emoticon
