Living the Life, Day 227 - April check-in

Last week went pretty well - as far as Week 1 of my April Goals.
Intermittent Fasting - did well until Friday at 4pm. I've already created a better plan for this next weekend.
Ended the week with 107,957 steps - so WIN there!
Completed 4 weighted workouts, instead of 5. (Chose to sleep in with my husband on the 5th day, so I call that a WIN for choosing to live in the moment!)
Virtual Race - didn't get this one done, but will do it this evening and post for last week!
