So because of this new Fitbit line (250+ steps each hour), I've overdone it lol. Of course I can't JUST do 250 steps an hr, so I just keep going. And Saturday, since I was at 23000+ steps by the end of my 14 hr segment, I just kept going to get that 25000 step badge!
And today, I paid for it.
Had I NOT aggravated my foot and continued at the same pain level I had been at leading up to the weekend, I could have tried moving forward. John said if it wasn't aggravated the way it was today, he was going to clear me to attempt 10 minutes on the elliptical. But since it was worse today, I'm still on no body weight.
He did say that if it's back to the previous level again before our next appointment Friday, I can give it a try. BUT...ONLY the 10 minute elliptical attempt. Absolutely nothing else that involves body weight. That includes marching in place, quick walking, jumping, skipping, anything.
We'll see how the rest of the week goes.
