Be still and breathe

If anyone read the article " 60-Second Health and Fitness Boosters" you know this part. Here is my favorite from it and if it wasn't already there I would have suggested adding it...
20. Be absolutely present. When we are wrapped up with work, to-do lists, and just getting by, sometimes we can forget to focus on what we are doing in the here and now. Try spending a minute just being. Focus on sounds, smells and whatever else is going on around you; instead of thinking ahead to what you'll do next, think about what you're doing right now. You’ll be amazed at how peaceful you feel. Just be!
I love, love that part! I like being me and I love just letting it all go and breathe. It's really easy once you figure out how to start, or to start at all. I blank my mind every day when I ride the bike. I have blogged on this before and I still have to say try it for yourself. Be still and just breathe.
I love the articles here on "Spark" and have a long list of keepers that I read again and again when I need a booster or reminder. I love the support and the interaction I get from friends and people who comment on my posts or let me comment on theirs. So let me take this minute and breathe and than say "Thank you all" for helping me reach a better way to live and for your continued support.
