more Beat A Number numbers

2016 is speeding by quickly and I can see progress in my numbers. I should visit my numbers more often! I have my monthly totals for fitness walking &/or running going back through 2011. I try to "Beat A Number" keeping track of days, miles, and minutes.

January 2016 has set a new all time record for fitness days/month. And January 2016 beat my miles and minutes for every month in 2015 and 2014. Brisk winter air and dry pavements this winter!

What happened in 2015? 2015 beat my old record for amount of fitness days. I put on LOTS of miles/minutes in 2012. Those numbers stand in the first place spot. But 2015 moved into second place beating my miles and minutes numbers for every other year. And that is with an increased emphasis on shorter distances because I wanted more days with running/walking intervals. During 2015, I covered the largest amount of miles in April. But April had only less than a mile difference than November. October and December tied for highest amount of fitness days for the year. I completed the most minutes in December and April (one minute less).

My numbers are now posted for 2015. I see progress. It is April. Can I beat my numbers for last year's high April numbers?
