So this was technically my blog from yesterday and I woke up this morning to realize I had fallen asleep while typing last night and never hit "post blog" (oops) Just a quick check in tonight to report that I had my first weekly weigh in and I am down 3lbs! WOOT WOOT!! Of all of my weekly goals, there's only one that I epically failed at. I only got 8 hours of sleep two nights. I'm planning to change that this week - starting with tonight, because I'm worn out! I took an unanticipated rest day from Yoga Camp as well as the walking challenge today because the hubster invited friends over this afternoon and didn't mention it to me until last minute. So the plans I had for the afternoon/evening were replaced with some serious housecleaning! It's nearly 10pm now and I am feeling completely wiped out. I am actually blogging from my phone while I'm already in bed, so I'll end this with my personal goals for the upcoming week. WEEKLY GOALS: •Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night •Continue daily yoga sessions and daily walking challenge •Exercise before noon each day •Blog EVERY day •Create a weekly calorie deficit of 7K •Lose 2lbs

    The sleeping thing sometimes happens very gradually. It's still hard for me to get adequate sleep but most nights I still aim for at least 8 hours. On my nights off, it's usually less or a night I have to get up earlier than I'm used to, but otherwise I do pretty well. You will definitely get there! Congrats on losing 3lbs!
