Not too sick

I'm on day 3 of a really bad cold but I still get up and work out. Today I learned how to do the 30 minute work out circuit. I will now do arms one day, legs one day, and circuit one day. I also will do cardio 6 days a week. I actually like to sweat now and I didn't think that would ever happen.

    Other than doggie walking and a little lower back/ab work my cold had me feeling too blah to do much in terms of working out. But I did well with healthy eating. But good for you! The ay to stick with it :-)

    I woke up with a head cold today! Hope you feel better soon! Been pushing through my workouts too! Good job!
