Slow and steady

My weight stalls out from time to time, or bounces up and down, up and down. But slowly it's going down! I hit my 18% mark with today's weigh-in and I got to change my ticker to my 20% goal. Next goal, 220. Hopefully the ups and downs will calm down a bit so I can hit it within the next week or 2.
PT is going well. I had a setback last week (that darn Fitbit! lol) but I'm back on track this week. Yesterday I got to do 10 minutes on the elliptical after my session, and he said I can do that once every other day, increasing gradually from 10 minutes.
Tomorrow is my ortho appointment. Hopefully he'll give me another PT prescription, otherwise the 29th will be my last day. :( I wanted to be back to where I could go for a walk and do a few jogging intervals. We're nowhere near that yet. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
