I feel healthier

I was prepared for whatever the scale said. I made so many improvements on my cardio this week I was amazed. I went from 2 min on the elliptical to 20. I also went from 3 min on the arc trainer to 30 yesterday. Then I stepped on the scale this morning. I lost 3.8 lbs. All that sweating is paying off. I love the way I'm beginning to feel and can't wait for the weeks to come.
