Daily exercise program, starting March,should be good for those with bad legs.

As of yesterday.
I have began daily seated chair exercises.
The first is heel to toe rocking with my feet.
The next is leg raises and straightening.
The last is holding a fit band with arms straight out to front and then opening both arms out to the side.
there are 20 repetitions of each at this stage
