Good elliptical session

Yesterday was the cookout and I overloaded on carbs, and an AMAZING potato salad that had bacon and apples in it! lol
Today was a busy day off. I got laundry done, went grocery shopping to restock my fruits and veggies for my shakes, made a batch of Sparkrecipes orange cranberry muffins (which are delicious btw) and a pot of Sparkrecipes spicy taco soup (one of my favorites) for my lunches for the week. I have no problem eating the same things every day, at least for a while.
I did 10 minutes on Sherri's treadmill before the cookout yesterday, it went pretty well. I only did 10 minutes, and at a slow pace (never got over 3.0), but it didn't kill me like outside walking did. There was some heel tightness and soreness, but no sharp pains, or new pains.
Before making dinner tonight (pork chop, asparagus and sweet potato) I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and my foot felt no different than when I started! I even got my heart rate up to 150, which was great! I needed to see if I could push it without causing pain. It may not ALWAYS be as good as today, but at least it's a start!
Back to work tomorrow. I'll take my boot, just in case, to help combat the fatigue.
