Tuesday, I ate very healthy. Yet it was like do extremes for health. Using foods like medicine, and hormones. I walked four miles with my dog; 1 1/4 at a near by park, and the rest thru the neighborhood. I weighed 142 pounds.
Wednesday, I went to a free gym nearby, and did muscle strengthen exercises for 1 hour & some free style stretches for 5 minutes or so. I ate more normal, but healthy.
Thursday, weighed myself and I lost two pounds. I think it really was from moving my bowels, more than how I ate. But the 4 miles did help. I did an hour of resistance exercises today. I realized that I could have torn my muscles, you never do two days of that stuff in a row. I just didn't think the resistance was the similar because the other was with weights on the machines, not hydraulics. I did blow my diet at nite though. I should have not ate the pasta with cheese & vegetables. pasta always makes me gain weight. Even though they were rice or bean noodles. I just ate too much I think. I am not going to weight myself until Monday because I don't want to make myself feel sad. And question how much I might be getting out of control in eating!
Friday, I don't know what I am going to do today. Maybe walking doing aerobic with the dog again, but not in the park. Am eating healthy & normal today, 1200 calories.
