exercise update and tracking

I have had success exercising since the beginning of the month.
This has been aided by the Holistic Team May challenge where members have been spurring each other on.
On the days when I am not chair exercising, I walk for a brief period instead((This is my plan B)
I use the Sparkpeople tracking for exercise, nutrition and other goals.
The other goals are challenges from different Spark Teams I belong to.
I really used to hate tracking, but now that I am used to it, it is quite easy and a better way of maintaining focus and consistency.
