exercise regime updated

I will now be doing 2 circuits of the following exercises
forward punches with weights
overhead punches with weights
seated stepping
seated ankle rocks
forward to the side fitband stretching.
each set will be on a timed basis to see how many I can achieve in a certain time
only a 10 second break between each set.

This is to help improve my cardio health and should help with strength as well.

I will be recording these daily on an excel spreadsheet as I am not sure if there are appropriate equivalents on Sparkpeople activity.

Probably 1 of the most exciting things is that my wife will be due to see the same exercise physio for her individual program late next week.
This means we will be able to egg each other on
