Struggling but not giving up

Weight is either the same or fluctuates up a couple of pounds. Running is turning into walking. Food is a challenge. I'm committed to my weekly group training and a slave to the Fitbit and dog walking. I gotta get the food under control.

    I think food is the hardest thing to control. I did really good today but Saturday was a bummer. Seems like I couldn't do anything but eat (and it was things I shouldn't be eating). Today I did good, under my calorie count, exercised about 15 minutes and met my challenges. All I am saying is don't give up; work on it daily and you'll be surprised how fast you can around to this being the norm instead of abnormal. You'll be on track before you know it. Keep on Sparking.
