Challenges are one of the ways for me to keep from going back to square one. However, I realize that I have set myself up in several at the same time.
At first there was a bit of panic as I tried to figure out how to be accountable to all of them until I remembered the bottom line for success in every one is the same.
It's about the food....
It's about the activity.....
It's about being healthy!!!
So it is with joy that I begin the 5% Challenge on the "Shooting Stars" team and commit to exercise and LTGL activities in my quest to lose pounds.
It is also my mission to become a better member of the "NoS" team and limit my days to 3 healthy meals/no snacks (except on S days).
"100 Days of Weight Loss" begins a new session on October 4.
"Flylady" is a daily activity to keep things in order.
The "Spark Challenges", which usually run for 30 days, are very informative and for the most part are a daily check-in for me.
Then there is my original team "SP Class of December 23-29, 2012" that I just can't abandon!
And last, but not least, the daily "Spark Coach" check-in. It's definitely time to put the planning into action.
