What I've Been Doing Right This BLC!!

So it's been FOREVER since my last blog and there are multiple reasons for that but most recently the major reason has been a serious lack of time. I've started the clinical part of my studies and I have literally little to no free time. I have to get up at an ungodly hour to beat traffic and get to the hospital by 7:30 a.m. and then with traffic in the evenings I get home after 7,8 or even 9. Then on top of that I'm expected to be studying! Let's just say that it has been a huge shock to my former routine.
The up side is that I have little to no time to eat because I'm so busy and so I've been staying within my calories which leads me to the main reason for writing this blog, to tell what I've been doing right this BLC. So yep my eating and also drinking my water are two things that I've been doing right this BLC. I have been struggling with my exercise because of the time thing. If I were to do it in the morning as was usually my practice in my pre-clinical years, I'd be getting up at 3 or 3:30 a.m and I didn't want to do that. I then tried to do it in the evenings when I got home but with all the variables affecting the time that I got home I hadn't been very consistent. I think I'm going to try to push myself though and go back to doing it in the mornings, early wake up and all.
So that's what's been going on. I would have loved to share more but I need to get some studying done. Let's all
