A Little "Me" Time

It's Friday, WooHoo!
Today I plan to just do as I please and enjoy every minute of it.

My hope is that you will also have some time to enjoy this day.

This was the beginning of my last adventure so no telling what today will bring!
It's an old railroad bridge between Indiana and Illinois.

There are boards layer out to drive on and a 50 cent toll at the end!

When you cross the bridge you pay and if you want to go around the building and come back you pay again at the window on the other side of the building!
You can save a lot of mileage using the bridge......and after dark it's free. You just blink your lights and go.
I don't go after dark!

So - you have to pay to get OFF the bridge? I wouldn't fancy having to reverse back along it!!!! Bridges are always feel adventurous to walk over - especially between two states or counties. We have a big bridge that divides Cornwall (a county) from the rest of England over the River Tamar at Plymouth - it always feels very significant and emotional going over it by car, train, or on foot! I guess it's the 'crossing' that is the adventure.

I think I know where that bridge is. Is it the one back there off of first street by Vincennes University? It's a cool spooky one.
