PHASES

Scale knows nothing about me. It operates on how it feels on any given day. Even knowing that, it can still control how I think on some days. Like today... well last couple of weeks... I was stuck on, if the numbers(scale) not changing I'm not changing.😞 But looking back... I realized as long as I keep pushing forward, even when I have to pause, I'm changing. The yellow top is when I decided I wanted the LiftLife💪, and of course the bottom right is today. I accept that my 100% is going to be different daily, and it will not look like someone elses 100. But as long as I give it my all, things will happen. It's 4Life Baby!
