I Crossed My Legs LOL!

So today after 5 consecutive weeks of 4 day work outs, I can cross my legs. And it does not feel like I have a throw pillow between them. Lol. Normally, it feels like a balancing act to keep my leg up, but today, it just sat there on its own and I didn't have to twist to an awkward angle in order to keep it up there. And I know this sounds crazy but it's a feat for me because I am not using a scale currently on my weight loss journey. This is a sweet little unexpected milestone. yay me!
